Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you (and the business you represent) and MN Technologies for use of AccBuddy.
1. The service
AccBuddy is online software for invoicing, GST preparation, inventory, AMC and related record keeping. It helps you prepare figures; it does not give tax, legal or accounting advice. You are responsible for checking figures and for your filings. Have a qualified accountant review your returns.
2. Accounts
You must give accurate details and keep your password safe. You're responsible for activity under your account and for the people you invite to your company. Tell us immediately at if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Free trial and plans
Each company gets a [14]-day free trial. After that a paid plan is needed to keep adding records; existing data stays readable. Plans are billed in advance per company, monthly or yearly, through Razorpay, and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown on our pricing page and may change with [30] days' notice.
4. Cancellation and refunds
See our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
5. Your data
You own your data. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export it at any time. You confirm you have the right to store the personal data of your customers and suppliers in AccBuddy.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use AccBuddy for unlawful activity, fake invoices, tax evasion, or to attack, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
7. Availability
We aim for high availability but can't promise the service will never be interrupted. We take daily backups and will make reasonable efforts to restore data after an incident.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the [12] months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or penalties arising from your filings.
