Free trial
Every company starts with a free trial. No payment is taken during the trial.
Cancelling
The company owner can cancel anytime from Billing & plan in the app. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for and does not renew after that. Your data is not deleted; it becomes read-only.
Refunds
If you're not satisfied, email us within [7] days of your first payment for a full refund. After that, payments are non-refundable for the current period, but you won't be charged again once you cancel. If you were charged in error, contact us and we'll refund it.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within [5–7] working days via Razorpay.
